New York – Part 3

My New York adventure has come to an end. I came back to Belgium last week and I already wish I could return. I never thought I’d miss a city as much as I miss New York. The positivity of the people, the friendships I made, the interesting conversations, the endless possibilities, etc… Coming from a small town in a small country, New York can look like an amusement park where every question has an answer. You want something, New York can give it to you. It can make you incredibly spoiled because no other place on earth can give you what New York can.

I loved going to flea markets on Saturday and Sunday. I lived right near the Brooklyn flea market and I always ended up buying some little thing I knew I’d never use. Smorgasburg in Brooklyn was a favorite as well, so much food, so much temptation! Other memorable visits were Rockaway Beach on Memorial Day, the Cloisters in uptown Manhattan, the many rooftop bars and great restaurants, the Governors Ball Music Festival and much more.

I will be back for sure.
